Account Settings is where you manage your profile, business details, security preferences, and advanced account options.
Accessing Account Settings
Go to More in the bottom navigation bar, then tap Account Settings (or Settings). You'll see three tabs: Profile, Security, and Danger Zone.
Profile Tab
The Profile tab shows your current account configuration and details.
Account Type: Choose between Express and Advanced by tapping the relevant option. Express is a ready-to-use setup; Advanced unlocks API access, webhooks, and the Developer Console.
Business Information: Displays your registered business name, business address, and business registration number. Update these if your business details change.
Personal Information: Shows the personal details associated with your account, including full name, National ID Number, date of birth, email address, and phone number. These details are used for identity verification and account recovery.
Security Tab
The Security tab is where you manage your sign-in security, including:
Changing your password
Managing two-factor authentication (2FA)
Reviewing active sessions and sign-in devices
Configuring biometric / Continue with ID sign-in
Danger Zone
Actions in the Danger Zone are irreversible. Proceed carefully.
The Danger Zone contains critical account actions such as suspending or permanently deleting your MasterID account. Deleting your account will remove all your data, verification history, and wallet balance. This cannot be undone. Contact support before taking any Danger Zone action if you are unsure.
