Activity Logs give you a complete audit trail of everything that happens in your MasterID account. Every important action is recorded with a timestamp, the user who performed it, and relevant details.
Accessing Activity Logs
Go to More in the bottom navigation bar, then tap Activity Logs. You'll see a chronological list of all account activity.
What Each Log Entry Shows
Log ID — a unique identifier for the log entry (e.g. LOG123456)
Date — the date and time the action occurred
User — the workspace member who performed the action
Action — what was done (e.g. Login, Create API, Create Webhook, Update User, Suspend User, Top-up Wallet, Change Password, Export Report)
Module — the part of MasterID where the action happened (e.g. Authentication, Developer Console, User Management, Wallet, Account Settings, Reports)
Details — a short description of what happened (e.g. "API key created (MIL-123****)")
IP Address — the IP address from which the action was performed
Examples of Logged Actions
User logged in successfully
API key created or deleted
Webhook added
User role updated
Wallet topped up
User suspended or reactivated
Password changed
Verification report exported
Searching and Filtering Logs
Use the Search bar to find specific log entries by keyword, user name, or action. The Filter option lets you narrow logs by date range. The period filter (e.g. This Month) in the top right changes the default view.
Activity Logs are useful for security audits and compliance. If you notice an unfamiliar login or an action you did not authorize, review the IP address and contact support immediately.
